Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and talent management within a dynamic environment.
💡 What You’ll Do
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Screen CVs and identify the best talent for IT positions
• Conduct initial outreach with candidates and schedule interviews
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers
• Keep recruitment pipelines and candidate databases updated
• Help improve employer branding and candidate experience
Requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Around 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally within IT/Tech recruitment
• Genuine interest and curiosity for the IT market and technology profiles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related areas.
