Stand360 is car dealership software for Portuguese stands, built by Alongside. By the end of October 2026, around 30 dealerships had opened an account, and we have shipped a new batch of features every month since August.
What is Stand360?
Every car in the stand gets one record. It holds what the stand paid, what it spent, the sale price, the documents and the warranty, so the owner can see what is left on each car. Stand360 also helps with the margin-scheme VAT (RETM) from the costs the stand has recorded, and it exports to Excel for the accountant. You can try it at stand360.pt. The RETM and real margin calculators are free and need no account.
What does a dealership get day to day?
- Stock, costs and sales on one record per car, with a dashboard that shows the capital in stock, the average margin and how long cars have been waiting.
- Documents the stand has to produce: the purchase declaration for cars bought from private sellers, the consignment declaration, the deposit declaration, and the Modelo 1 RA request filled in from the sale.
- Email reminders when the IUC or the inspection (IPO) of a car in stock is about to expire.
- Leads on a board with three columns: New, In progress and Resolved.
What did we ship in September and October?
September was about paperwork and team work. Each car can now produce an advert for social media: the text, an A5 poster and a public link with photos and specs. The consignment and deposit declarations are issued in the app, and both parties can sign on screen. A stand that moves to Premium signs its terms of use electronically, and the PDF copy arrives by email. Managers can invite colleagues with their own role: manager, salesperson or accountant. We also added an annual Premium plan.
October was about the stand’s own website. From inside Stand360, a dealership creates a public site at an address on stand360.pt or on its own domain. It picks one of three templates (Pista, Showroom or Estrada), chooses which cars appear and at what price, and sets the colours and contact details. A car that is sold leaves the site by itself. Each site has a contact form and a WhatsApp button, and every message arrives as a lead in Stand360. The footer says “Criado com Stand360”. A stand that wants something different can ask our team for a custom site of four pages.
Two smaller October changes came from conversations with dealers and from our own team. A stand can note the make and model a customer is looking for, and Stand360 emails that customer when a matching car comes into stock. Cars with a foreign plate can be registered from the day the import starts, and purchases from other EU countries have their own VAT treatment.
How much does car dealership software like this cost?
The free plan costs nothing, has no time limit and covers up to 5 cars in stock. Premium has a launch price of 25 euros a month for the first 50 customers (the list price is 79 euros a month), and that price stays while the subscription lasts. There is an annual option with two months free.
Which car portals does it publish to?
On Premium, a stand publishes from the car record to OLX and AutoSAPO. When OLX accepts an advert but has not put it online yet, for example because of payment or moderation, the record now says why. Standvirtual and Piscapisca appear in the app as coming soon, and we have no date to share.
