Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. We are looking for an Agile Product Owner to be responsible for shaping and driving the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for one or more enterprise-level software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders — to deliver high-impact features aligned with customer needs and strategic objectives.

Responsabilities:

Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer value
Define clear, well-structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
Partner with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to achieve sprint objectives
Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product features
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Support transition and optimization initiatives, including timesheet systems (e.g., Seven Pace) and platform enablement efforts

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments
Proven ability to influence and lead without formal authority
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with SAFe framework is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent certification is preferred
