This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and talent management within a dynamic environment.
Responsabilities:
- Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand hiring needs.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
