We are looking for a highly autonomous and proactive HR Specialist to join the team of a partner company. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to employees, manage end-to-end HR processes, and contribute to HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related questions
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
- Support HR strategy and initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with leadership and teams to foster a positive and inclusive culture
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, Portuguese labor law, and employee relations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR regulations
- Previous experience in start-ups or product companies
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and hands-on
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
