We are currently expanding our Salesforce talent network and looking for Salesforce Engineers, Consultants and Administrators based in India or Pakistan who are interested in remote international projects.
We are looking for profiles across different seniority levels, from Junior to Senior, with experience in Salesforce development, configuration, implementation, integrations or consulting.
This is an opportunity to collaborate with European companies on Salesforce projects involving platform customization, automation, cloud implementation, technical development and ongoing product evolution.
We are open to permanent, contractor and freelance collaboration models, depending on the project and candidate preference.
Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and seniority, responsibilities may include:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Salesforce APIs
- Configure Salesforce clouds, objects, fields, permissions, flows and automation
- Support implementation and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce products
- Design and implement integrations with external platforms and third-party systems
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Participate in technical analysis, solution design and estimation activities
- Collaborate with distributed teams, including functional consultants, architects, developers and client stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting and production support activities
- Contribute to documentation, best practices and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions
Requirements
- Professional experience working with Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce development, configuration, consulting or administration
- Strong knowledge of at least one Salesforce cloud or product
- For developer profiles: hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows and API integrations
- For functional/consultant profiles: strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, business processes and platform capabilities
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Good English communication skills
- Availability to work with at least partial overlap with CET time zone
- Ability to describe previous Salesforce projects, responsibilities and technical scope
- Availability to share expected salary or rate during the application process
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Experience with CPQ, OmniStudio, Field Service, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud
- Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX or deployment tools
- Experience working with European or international clients
- Consulting or stakeholder-facing experience
